Looks adorable! Maybe to make it look smoother and use less frames try 'squash and stretch' technique? Sorry can't help much, you probably know more than me
i think theres a old book called "The Animator's Survival Kit " every time i see someone asking for animation tips, thats the asnwer they get.
i think you have to start doing walk cycles or something like that, since its the easiest all of pinkie`s hair should lag(or squash) a bit after her head, and then bounce(or strech) when her head stops there has to be more frames in the begining and end of all movements(head, smile, winking and ears) than during the transitions. makes it more natural and less jerky, i think.
